We are a small handmade soap, bath treat and home fragrance company based in the South West of England, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Somerset Levels, Mendip Hills and wild Somerset coast.

We have designed a range of soaps and candles made from scratch at the kitchen table with raw ingredients inspired by our surroundings on the beautiful Somerset Levels.  The soaps and candles are made using traditional methods, vegetable oils, butters, essential oils and a lot of time and patience.  All of the goodies have been tried and tested on friends and family and adaptations made to the recipes to get something that I love and I hope you will enjoy using.

All of our soaps are made using coconut oil, olive oil, local rapeseed oil and gorgeous cocoa butter. The water we use in all of our soaps is extracted from a natural spring from within the Cheddar cave system in the nearby Mendip Hills.  Fragrance is added with our own  essential oil blends and colouring comes from flowers, herbs and clays.  A lot of the herbs and flowers that we use are either grown in our own garden or wild harvested from the local hedgerows.

All of our goodies are vegetarian friendly and a lot are also vegan friendly. Because of the ingredients we use, there are no chemicals in the products, making them safe for most sensitive skins and those undergoing medical treatments. If you have any special requests or concerns, then just ask. We are always happy to discuss our ingredients and adapt recipes to suit the individual.

All of our products are assessed by an independent chemist to ensure they are safe for you to use and we follow the strict guidelines set out by the EU. We also have cosmetic specific insurance. All of our products include an ingredients list on the page so you know what you are buying and what it contains.  We use only the best quality ingredients to ensure the best quality products.  Nothing has been tested on animals and if it contains honey, silk or milk then this is clearly identified on the product page.  Our packaging where possible is either recyclable or comes from a recycled source so nothing is wasted and can be reused.

A percentage of selected sales are donated to support the work of Natural England and Burnham Information and Rescue Support.
