Variations from the pictured items
As all of our products are handmade there will be slight variations in the colouring and patterns that appear in our products. We may alter packaging but any new packaging and decorations will be in keeping with our style.
Samples
We do not supply free samples or send out samples for approval before an order. Please select the sample option if you wish to try our products before purchasing a larger quantity.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is incredibly simple. Just browse through the store and when you see what you want just click on the 'add to cart’ button. This will show your purchase in your 'shopping basket'. You then have the option to continue shopping or to checkout. Just click the appropriate button to continue. When you have finished shopping click on the ‘view cart’ button at the bottom of any shopping page. This will take you to your shopping basket. Check the quantities and click ‘update’ if you change anything. You can then click to ‘proceed to checkout’ where you will be taken to the Paypal payment area. You DO NOT need a Paypal account to use this facility.
Payment
Payment is only possible through paypal. This is totally secure and we will not receive any of your bank details. We are not responsible for any charges incurred through the use of your credit card by your bank. We will dispatch your goods once full payment has been received. If your card payment is not authorised by your bank then we will contact you as we cannot proceed with the order and will need to cancel the order
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

Shipping and Handling
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt. If there is a significant delay we will contact you. All wedding favours and large wholesale orders will be slightly longer and we will contact you at the time of ordering with a timescale (usually 7 days)
Delivery Schedule
Delivery will be by Royal Mail first class delivery or Parcelforce for larger orders. |

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, any credit card details will be handled by Paypal. We will not receive any personal details other than those required for confirmation of payment and delivery.
Privacy Policy Somerset Garden do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the delivery. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Data collected by this site is used to: a. Take and process your orders. b. Disclose personal information to third-parties to enable delivery of your goods (courior or post office).

Returns Policy
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from Somerset Garden. If for any reason you're not happy with your items, simply return them to us, in their original packaging within 14 days in order to receive a refund or exchange. Alternatively, if you would like to discuss a return, refund or exchange further please feel free to email us. If you do have to return anything it is at your own risk and we would recommend obtaining proof of postage from the post office. You will receive an email when your return item has been processed indicating the amount to be refunded. The refund will be sent back to the card or Paypal account used for payment at this point. This can take 3-5 working days depending on the bank.
If we have made a personalised item for you then please contact us before sending a return as we will only be able to refund your money if the item is faulty or there is an error on our part.
