Our Ingredients

All of the ingredients we use are natural in origin.  The oils used in the soaps are vegetable based and where possible come from organic or fair-trade sources.  We try to source ingredients locally and now use rapeseed oil grown and pressed in Somerset.  The water used is Cheddar natural spring water, filtered through the limestone of the Mendip Hills.  The majority of the flowers and leaves used in the soaps are harvested from the local hedgerows or grown in my own garden. The fragrances we use are only essential oils which we combine to give you the variety of fragrances available in our range of goodies. Some of the wedding favours come with the option of a fragrance oil to ensure that they can be used by everyone. Colouring also comes from nature in the form of plant extracts and clays. 

Our packaging is recyclable or biodegradable and we try to keep this to a minimum as much as possible.
